Our housekeeping services are designed to cater to your property's needs seamlessly.
Before each guest
arrival, we conduct a thorough check to ensure the property is immaculately clean and
ready for their stay.
Short-stay guests
Long
Stays (7 Days and Up):
Housekeeping is provided twice a week during extended stays. We
refresh the bedding
weekly and replace towels twice a week.
Short-Term
Stays (2 Nights):
Housekeeping is not automatically included but can be provided upon
request.
Medium
Stays (3-5 Nights):
One housekeeping session is included for stays of 3-5 nights
Owners & Long -stay guests
Owners don't incur additional charges for standard housekeeping
unless they stay at
the property themselves or offer a complimentary stay to family or
friends.
In such cases, we recommend requesting contributions for basic
expenses like
electricity, water, wifi, TV, and housekeeping (typically
N$500.00-N$1'500.00 per day).
We charge a nominal fee of N$300.00-N$500.00 for post-checkout
cleanups.
Additional housekeeping during an owner's stay is available at an
extra charge.
Guests staying for an extended period
receive special attention, including a welcome
basket, adding a personalised touch to their experience.
What is Required from you upon
sign-up with PerfectStay
The handover of your property is the final step in listing your
property with us.
But besides the key, how and what should you leave behind?
A Clean House:
Kindly remove all personal pictures, items of sentimental
value, and anything that is in
the way and not needed by the guests, old towels, bedding etc. It's a busy time, a
lot to
move and add, we do understand, but if you can't find the right cleaner / time to
give
your holiday house the final spring clean, we will be more than happy to assist.
This
however will be at an additional cost, or you are welcome to contact Spring Clean

Warranties and Owner's Manual:
Any appliances handed over should have owner manuals for
Perfect Stay as well as the
guest. Kindly keep any warranty information safe.
Codes and Door Openers:
We will need 2 sets of keys - one for the guest and one for
Perfect Stay Housekeeping &
Management. Kindly leave us with clear instructions of remotes, alarm codes and
keys.
Operating Instructions:
A quick note explaining how to adjust the air conditioning,
washing machine, geyser or
any other appliance with special instructions can be a huge help. It may seem
obvious to
you because you have lived there for a while, but to us this is all new
A list of Where to Find Stuff
Where is the braai, umbrella, electric box, geyser switch
etc. that might not always be
clear to find.
We love to spoil our guests and make them feel they are
staying in a home away from
home. We kindly ask you to leave some Air diffusers (the ones with wooden sticks).
We
provide the Air Freshener spray in the bathrooms, some wood and blitz for the
guests, extra
gas bottle, an inviting coffee station with a coffee machine, plunger, tea, coffee
and sugar
holders and a pretty serving tray for the display. The guests appreciate the olive
oil, cooking
oil, pepper, salt and the most important spices they will need cooking for
themselves.
Garbage schedule:
When is garbage pick up day for your neighbourhood, and
where do you leave the garbage or does the
body corporate handle this.
Home improvement leftovers:
Do you have extra flooring or left over paint you'd saved
for possible touch ups or repairs? Chances are
that this will be useful in the future, kindly store this in a safe place and
locked.
Bedding and Towels:
These need to be hospitality quality that can be washed at
high temperatures and that can be tumble
dried, preferably white but gray or stone colour will do as well. We will need 2
sets of each to make the
same day checkout and check-ins possible.
Cleaning Products & Cloths:
We supply the cleaning products and cloths, but the owner
provides the guest cloths and drying cloths
in the kitchen. Kindly leave enough for the guests and for housekeeping to wash and
replace.
Iron and Iron Board:
Kindly note that section 5.12 (i) indicates a wide ironing
board and good iron. If you have a normal ironing
board and small iron we can leave this for the guests, but housekeeping needs the
big guns to ensure
the linen has no creases and looks like a hotel bed. The big ironing boards can be
purchased at Game.

Our comprehensive fee covers everything you need to kickstart your PerfectStay

We charge a commission fee of 30% on
the Net booking amount. This Net amount is
calculated after settling any fees due to third-party booking agents. As a property
owner,
you receive 70% of the total revenue generated by your property.

Our 30% commission covers a comprehensive
range of services aimed at optimising your
property's performance and guest satisfaction. These services include:

Covering the costs of water and electricity

Wifi:
Ensuring a minimum of 3 MB per room for a
seamless online experience for your guests
Property Levies and Taxes:
Compliance with any property levies and
taxes applicable.
General Maintenance:
Overseeing general maintenance to uphold
the property's condition
Gardening Services:
If needed, organizing gardening services to
maintain outdoor spaces
Security Services & Alarm:
Implementing necessary security measures
and maintaining alarm systems.
